Refund & Returns Policy


If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 30 business days, and we’ll replace or refund the cost of the item.

All damages, defects or missing components must be clearly communicated to our customer service representative, within 15 business days of receipt of your order. Photos and/or videos are important for our representatives to assist you and provide a speedy resolution.

All returned items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition in which they were received for a full refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Refund Method:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.

Return Shipping:

If the refund is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For other refund reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Inspection and Refund Confirmation:

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If the product meets the eligibility criteria, the refund will be processed accordingly.
